For our company in Artern (Leipzig region) we are looking for a customer service representative with Polish language skills, as part of the expansion.

As a Deponti  B2B customer service representative,  you will be the direct daily contact person, especially for our Polish B2B sales partners. With good communication skills, you will manage customer enquiries, process orders and plan deliveries and collections. There is a direct and daily collaboration with your sales and warehouse colleagues. Ultimately, you have one important goal: to ensure that business runs smoothly. 

In this role, you will:

  • ⚙️ Review and process orders received through our online system.

  • ✉️ Have daily contact with the account managers

  • 📱 Have daily (telephone and live) contact with customers about orders, requests, complaints, service, etc.

  • 📞 Proactively or in response to warm leads, contact our customers by phone. 

  • 🤝 Receive partners visiting showrooms/warehouses.

  • 📅 Work closely with warehouse staff on order planning and delivery or pickup.

The ideal candidate will:

  • ☎️ Have excellent customer service experience.

  • 🌍 Have excellent telephone handling and a good knowledge of the Polish language.

  • 🌍 Speak German and/or English.

  • 🔍 Pay attention to details.

  • 📂 Be efficient and organized.

  • 💡 Possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • 📚 Show a willingness to learn.

  • 📊 Be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook.
