Your challenge

Deponti is a leading Dutch brand in outdoor living solutions. Think stylish aluminium verandas, louvered roofs, glass sliding doors and more. We’ve grown rapidly across Europe and the UK with a strong network of partners. We don’t just build products. We build long-term partnerships. Also in Germany.

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an experienced marketer who knows how to localise a global brand strategy. Someone who’s both creative and analytical. Someone who understands the power of data, but also knows how to turn that into action. Strategic and hands on. A storyteller who wants to make the Deponti brand come alive in Germany.

Your impact

You’ll be the local marketing lead for Germany, working closely with our marketing team in the Netherlands, in the UK. And working closely with the German and Polish salesteam. Your goal? Build brand awareness, generate leads for our partners, support our partners, and make sure everyone knows what a Deponti is.

We work internationally with a partner network across Europe and beyond. Our marketing is centrally managed for the Deponti Group in the Netherlands, but each country has the freedom to adapt the brand to its local market, and that’s where you come in.

Our German branch in Artern has a start-up feel: small team, big ambition, and lots of room to shape your role. It also serves as a hub for our sales team in Poland, so cross-border collaboration and coordination are part of the job: giving your marketing work an even broader reach.

Your role

As our Marketer in Germany, you’ll be the local marketing lead, working closely with the rest of the marketing team You’ll help raise brand awareness, generate leads, support partners, and create marketing that truly connects with the German audience. All with the purpose of building further on strong partnerships for outdoor living solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Adapting and executing Deponti’s marketing strategy for the German market in collaboration with the whole marketing team

• Using data driven marketing tools, including Meta campaigns, to drive and improve lead generation

• Creating and localising content across channels (social media, email, newsletters, brochures, etc.)

• Running campaigns that drive visibility, leads and engagement

• Supporting dealers with marketing materials, promotions and local campaigns

• Organising fairs, partner events and showroom experiences

• Collaborating closely with the German sales team — sharing insights and aligning efforts

• Working together with the Polish sales team when relevant, supporting joint initiatives

• Using CRM and marketing automation tools to track and improve performance

• Staying on top of market trends, competitors and seasonal opportunities

Who you are

• You have 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B

• You’re creative, strategic, and not afraid to get your hands dirty

• You work independently, take initiative but also able to work together with the whole marketing team

• You’re experienced in content creation, social media, CRM and campaign management

• You enjoy working with sales teams and turning local insights into actions

• You speak fluent German, and English proficiency is a strong plus

• You feel comfortable working in an international environment

• Interest in the outdoor living, construction or home & garden sector is a bonus
